In this episode we discuss why its important to allow yourself to fail in the clinical trials space because success is not given it is earned. People will look and see the executives, the project managers, the CRA's living their best lives but don't take a minute to appreciate the hard work it took to get to that point. All of the failures along the way helped them become successful.
